If you're talking about the Yachtsman Steakhouse, we love it. We like the atmosphere, the servers are always great, and the food is awesome.
In my opinion, it's not the best place for kids, but is a great place for a nice adult evening out.

The Yacht Club Galley is a very nice, mid-priced restaurant. Not a lot of atmosphere, but the food and service are both pretty good.

The Yachtsman Steakhouse is a high-end restaurant (with prices to match), with high quality food and excellent service.

The Galley is a decent hotel restaurant, on par in both service, food, and atmosphere with what you'd find at a big Hilton hotel. It's not worth a special trip, but if you're staying there, it's convenient.

DS called it the "hidden gem of WDW dining" when he and DDIL ate there for lunch in APril. He especially raved about the blueberry cheesecake.
