Yacht Club Concierge? Any Hints-experiences

WILL BE STAYING AT THE YACHT CLUB THIS COMING OCTOBER ON CONCIERGE LEVEL. HAVE NEVER STAYED AT YACHT CLUC CONCIERGE WHAT SHOULD WE LOOK FORWARD TO ENCOUNTERING? HUSBAND AND MYSELF AND OUR SON WHO WILL BE 17 MONTHS OLD.

We had a nice experience at the YC concierge this past December. The IPO department (who will assist you with all your pre-planning), is excellent. If you haven't touched base with them yet, I would drop them an e-mail and introduce yourself. They sent me out a nice big packet filled with park maps, recreation guide, resort information, a concierge elevator key and a questionnaire that you might find helpful. They took care of all my priority seating arrangements, purchased MVMCP tickets, booked transportation, tours, Illuminations cruise and they did some park shopping for me, so that there were gifts waiting in the room for my kids when we arrived.

If you arrive at the resort between 7am-10pm, you can go directly to the elevator, slide in your concierge key and ride up to the 5th floor. There you'll have a private check-in. During certain hours, the lounge is open with drinks and snacks.
