Victor is talking to Nikki about Adam's birth, Hope not wanting Victor in their son's life, Adam finding out the truth about who his father is, Hope's death, Adam coming to Genoa City, the diary, what he did to Ashley and Sharon. Basically a bunch of flashbacks about Adam's life In court, the judge has decided Adam's fate. The judge explains Ashley is not a good witness because of her history of mental instability, Victor is bitter, Jack plotted with Adam in the diary scheme, Nick was pissed about Sharon and Adam's relationship, etc. Not enough witnesses or proof, Adam goes free Victor has called everyone to the ranch, Nikki, Victoria, Rafe, Heather, Jack, Abby, Nick, Sharon, Ashley, Billy, Traci are all present when Victor says they should all ignore Adam and act like he never existed. Victor goes on to say that Adam may be free but he will have to live with what he did for the rest of his life Back in their hotel room, Adam is not happy to be a free man, he wants him and Skye to reconsider things but Skye refuses to end their marriage. Skye says they had a deal and he will not back out of it. Skye goes to get champagne, Adam remembers Hope and how proud she was of him, he gets emotional

Next - Skye is unable to understand why Adam is not a happy man; Nick wants Sharon and Faith to move in with him; Adam sues Nikki and Victor

I don't think the Dad was ever a character on the show.

I don't either. Knowing this show, he could one day turn out to BE someone from the show. Like Michael or Adam or Laurens dad or whoever! Makes no sense, but that is what usually happens.

I do not care at all for the Nina character ... there I said it. Nope, don't care for her at all. And now we have this whole Ronan and the missing son s/l which keeps her on Y&R.

I will say Y&R was DEAD ON with his CA drivers license today because it looks just like MINE ...

I am waiting for Meggie (or however she spells her name) to call Shaw and say "we did good" ... something along those lines ...

Malcolm and the NuGF ... He is just so blah and she is just so hyper ... this is so not going to work out.

I think I have to agree...I'd never seen her before, so I was reserving judgement. Today kind of clinched it.

I've been on the fence with Sophia. I have nothing against the character. But the actress is terrible. She comes across like she's trying too hard, she seems fake. They need to recast her because the character could have an opportunity to go far.

I didn't watch it today.. I "thought" I was recording it, but I forgot to hit the darn record button!

Anyhow - I figured Adam would get off..

And for those who watch ATWT too - Carly will be moving over to Y&R as "Diane" - one of Jack's former wives - now that ATWT is going off the air..
I wouldn't be surprised to see quite a few of the ATWT cast over there - just like we're seeing those from the former Guiding Light..

I think Sophia was really annoying today. Spoiled and whiney...what strong professional woman would be like that...

for me, instant turn off...

she was annoying today....made me want to smack her and what was up with that big clunky Necklace....everytime she moved it made a lot of noise....

She is not acting like a professional woman but instead a person who feels she is entitled to what ever she wants because after all ...it's all about her. I also think that the character could go far.....but not with her.

I look forward to Carly as Diane....

And Adam getting off....good lord....is that all the stuff that the crooked DA could come up with against the man....the family that hates him....how stupid.

And so the DA and the chief are both crooked...this bothers me also....with all the undercover stuff going on and Chris being brought into it....was it never a question that one of the 2 or both could be the higher up person they are looking for

Not just that but with such a case like this seems to me that they would have more than just one cop undercover.....not to mention keeping it all hush hush from everyone in the force and the DA....what a joke of a story.

Nick, Sharon, Victor and Nikki are playing with Faith. Nick says if it weren't for Adam they wouldn't have known Faith was theirs, he stole my daughter so Nick wants revenge, Victor says Adam killed his child but revenge is not the answer. After Nick and Sharon leave w/ Faith, Nikki questions if Victor really meant what he said Victoria, Rafe, Billy and Heather are together at the coffeehouse. Billy talks of revenge but Victoria says that what they did at the cabin is what partially influenced the judges decision. Heather and Rafe don't want to be apart of going after Adam either since they almost got fired because of the kangaroo court Sharon and Nick are back in her suite, Nick does not trust Adam and doesn't believe he is remorseful for his actions. He asks Sharon if she and Faith can move in with him, or he could move into the suite while she lives at the tackhouse. When Jack talks about Traci not being there when Ashley had her breakdown and when Sharon thought her daughter was dead. Traci says she does know what Sharon went through and how Patty is still free for what she did to Colleen. Traci begs Jack not to become his own worst enemy, it'll get him nowhere Adam had Vance file court papers, Nikki, Victor, Jack, Ashley, Billy, Victoria, Heather, Rafe, Phyllis, Nick bascially everyone but Sharon are sued for the incident at the cabin aka "Kangaroo Court" Ashley tells Traci that she is rethinking her relationship with Tucker, things are moving too fast and she worries she is becoming too dependant on him. Ashley remembers not too long ago she suffered a breakdown, she wants to focus on herself instead of a relationship Adam is asleep, he dreams about Hope and a little boy who is an excellent little helper. At first we think the little boy is Adam but it is Hightower's son who calls Adam a murderer. Hope tells Adam she'll never rest in peace for what he's done! Later, we see Sharon leaving with Faith and Nick, Adam unable to sleep, Ashley ignoring Tucker's call, Heather and Rafe drinking, and the rest reeling from being served

Next - Chloe confronts Ronan about his true identity; Jill continues her pity party; Paul thinks he's learned more about Nina's lost son

I do not see any type of chemistry between those two at all.

I will say Sharon looked awesome today with her hair pulled back and up. She is adorable. Loved her dress. Liked Nikki's hair as well ... no more, please of that horrible Librarian style BUN! BUT then what is up with Vikki, I would rather her hair down and all desheveled than in that BUN ... wearing those glasses ...

Loved seeing HOPE today!
