Courthouse
Neil, Malcolm, Jill, Devon and Cane are all at the courthouse. Mac and Cane plead their cases.
Lily shows up at the court house! Everyone is happily surprised. Liv tells them that despite the doctor's orders Lily rallied to get herself to GC. They find out Jill called Lily and told her about the lawsuit
Lily takes the stand, she tells the judge she doesn't want Mac to have the amnio, if she's going to die she needs to be at peace with herself knowing that Cane and the babies are together
GCAC
Kevin catches Ryder and Jana in bed together, Ryder tries to apologize and Kevin punches him.
Jana defends Ryder and tells Kevin he had no right to let himself into her room, she tells him their marriage is over. Kevin kicks Ryder out and tells Jana they need to talk.
Jana tells Kevin the first emotion she had after they operated on her aneurysm was with Ryder. Kevin tells Jana that Ryder is using her. She tells him that she cares for Ryder and wants to be with him. Kevin reminds her why her whole life has changed by being held hostage by Ryder. Kevin tells her he isn't paying for her and Ryder anymore.
Ryder comes back later, he tells Jana he didn't want to hurt Kevin and understands if she wants to call it off, she tells him that he's what she wants.
Kevin is at the GCAC drinking, Allison stops by, Kevin tells her he and Jana split up and she joins him for a drink
DA's Office
Chance and Heather speak to Ellis, he tells them some of the people they work with aren't who they think they are. Drugs are being smuggled into the jails by the guards who get the drugs from the cops.
He won't give names unless he gets a deal in writing. Pomperance says that Ellis is blowing smoke and won't consider a deal until Ellis gives some concrete info and sends him back to the jail.
Chance and Heather believe Ellis and say they can't trust anyone until they get the evidence to support Ellli's claims. They go up to Heather's room to find it ransacked and in shambles. Chance tells Heather someone is sending her a message that she isn't safe, they can get to her any time they want. Pomerance comes to her room and still refuses to give Ellis a deal. He tells them he's assigning another detective to the case, someone with more experience. He introduces them to Detective Ronan.
I wish they would do a DNA on Summer. I still think she's Jack's child.
I caught both these too...They leave hours after Liz died, sorry Mom, love you but gotta get back to whatever it is I do... And Sharon must have taken Wonder Womans invisible jet to Brazil...it was amazing!!
Is she still a "robot" ???
