Y&R take 3 - SPOILERS inside

•The judge accompanies Skye to her poker game, she continues to be stubborn as Adam tries to warn her that the walls are closing in on them
•Victor gets a call from Michael, Owen has issued a subpoena for Victor's testimony. Victor tells Sharon they need to go back w/o Adam
•Billy comes to see Delia when he sees Mac in pain, he tells Cane and Lily. Later, he finds out about the hearing and blames Cane for Mac's condition
•Mac is rushed to the hospital, she's in premature labor. The doctor tries to stop the contractions but can't, Mac needs an emergency c-section
•Phyllis continues to get annoyed w/ Nick's constant worry for Sharon, Michael tells her to cut Nick slack. Cops show up, Nick's bail revoked, back to jail
•Skye and the judge are at the poker game, the final guest arrives - Victor!

Meanwhile, Sharon is getting ready to leave and runs right into Adam!
Next - Nick is not pleased to hear Billy accompanied Victoria to Tokyo; Sharon tells Adam she still has feelings for him; Skye and Victor play poker, winner takes all

I watched Scoundrels last week, and I have to say the actress who played Eden is pretty good. She has great comedic timing. She's more relaxed now, when she was Eden, she seemed so stiff and fake

what WHAT is with the lame names these days in soaps???


first Cane names Billy's baby knowing that he's not the father and while Chole is in a coma and he names her Cordella sp but now he's done it again.

we only once saw him and Lily discussing names and it was when Lily made a joke about one name and that was it.

so now the twins are Charlie (ok kind of old fassion but strong) and Matilda

really???? Dellia and Matilda

what happened to the cool soap names like Ridge, Skye (ok that ones taken in this soap) Star, Thorn,

or how about some normal names, David, Susan, Karen (i like that one ) John, Sam even.

seems like the writes have gone back to the 1800's name that kid book for the recent additions

Skye lost the poker game and brings Victor and Sharron to the meeting place where Adam is waiting.

now will Adam go back to GC with Victor or will there really be a murder????

•Victoria visits Nick in prison and tells him about her trip to Tokyo, meeting Ashley and Tucker there. When she mentions Billy kept them occupied during her meeting, Nick thinks she is being conned by Billy and starts giving her a lecture, Victoria gets pissed and leaves•Billy and JT have a civil conversation about Mac and Victoria, they agree that Reed will be in Billy's life now that he's with Victoria but he promises not to do any stories about Victoria or Reed in Restless Style. Mac has a successful c-section, Lily and Cane meet their twins - Charlie and Matilda Ashby!•Sharon tells Adam that she still has feelings for him but wishes she didn't, she wants him to come home w/ her but Adam says no one will believe that he didn't kill Hightower or set that explosion. Adam kisses Sharon she trembles, he thinks she's putting on an act but Sharon says she is afraid to let her guard down. Sharon says she will stand by Adam if he comes back and fights for his innocence but if he lives his life on the run he'll regret it•Skye tells Victor that Adam is not with her but is caught in a lie by her reaction to Sharon being in Brazil. They play poker for Adam, Victor makes Skye think she is on a winning streak. Skye calls Adam saying she won big, they arrange to meet up. Later, Adam is shocked to see Sharon and Victor show up, Sharon tells Adam that Skye lied to him and Victor reveals she lost the final hand.

Next - Adam asks Victor to kill him; The DNA results are in for Jill and Lauren; Emily asks her brother to prove her innocence

I'm recording and fast forwarding through most of it at this point. They are using some pretty sappy music and the slow motion/freeze scenes to put poingnancy in the moment are laughable. For some reason, I think the guy who plays Cane is a pretty good actor, I like the Billy actor too...everyone else is mostly weird. Especially Jana and Ryder...wth? Sad to see Emily/Patty go but it was a good bit at times. So very convenient that Mac delivers the twins in time to save their mom. Mathilda? yuk

a) I love the name Cordelia. Too bad DH didn't! (Not a recent popular reference, but there was a character on Buffy named Cordelia.)

b) Per a Kiwi (aka a person from New Zealand), Matilda is a very Australian name. Cane is Australian. (I wondered about the name Matilda because it is the name of Heath Ledger's daughter. He was Australian.)

And when did they name the twins Charlie and Matilda???

I thought that was her! (I haven't watched the show, but I saw an ad in the newspaper and maybe in a magazine.)

I'm glad that she's better on Scoundrels. She was so cute on Gilmore Girls and acted better on GG than on Y&R.

i didn't like and still don't like Cordilla - it sounds very old fashion for a baby

didn't know Matilda was an OZ name - still don't like it

they named them today - in Canada - tomorrow in US

i would have thought Lily would have wanted her daughter named after her mother. if not Drew then wasn't her middle name Karen? i can't remember

do the writers hate the actress who played her so much they won't even name a baby after her??

I was actually thinking she might name the girl after Colleen. I think Dru will be coming back (the character, probably not the actress). I can't stand Cordelia or Matilda either.
