why do 30somethings and 40somethings still feel the need to talk and act like they are in their teens and 20's.

•Nick and Phyllis tell Sharon that the jacket is no longer in the dumpster. Nick wants to come clean to the cops, Sharon and Phyllis are against the idea. Nick realizes Sharon and Phyllis think he is guilty of murder•Victoria begs JT to not take Reed away from her. JT wants Reed away from The Newmans, Victoria compromises and says her family can see Reed but on supervised and limited visits. When it looks like Victoria has reached an agreement with JT, her father and Jack ruin things now Victoria intends to play dirty w/ Victor's help•Ashley, Jack, Nikki and Victor are shown video by Owen from Adam's laptop showing how he monitored Ashley last summer. Ashley is disgusted, Jack and Victor play the blame game and Nikki tries to referee. Later, Patty is shown having a flashback of taking Jack's hankerchief while Victor is shown pushing the crate with Adam's body off the plane! He no longer wants Adam buried next to Hope•Billy confides in Mac about the night of Adam's murder, his alibi not being able to clear him. Mac realizes Billy was with a married woman, Billy doesn't go into more details. Billy helps Mac with the homeless man, she takes the jacket to dry clean. Billy later returns showing Mac the photo from cops wanting that jacket!•Chance and Owen are going over the list of suspects (mugshots are shown while they speak ) - Phyllis, "Emily", Jack, Sharon, Ashley, Victor, Billy, Victoria, Nikki, Nick. Heather and Rafe are also mentioned but no mugshots are shown of them. All having motive. Later, Chance and Owen find the pen that "killed" Adam. The same pen Adam took from Nick to free himself from the cuffs.

Next - Victoria goes to daddy for help in her custody battle; Chance gives Billy a chance to come clean; Sarah tries to convince Michael she's the same old Lauren

I hate to say it but they are losing me........ I just can't get interested. We have 2 doubles running around at the same time- Patty is crazier than heck and her husband never thinks "Gee, maybe the woman in the hospital IS my wife" Michael et al REALLY think Lauren bailed out the terrible twosome? Gimme a break. And Abby is 15 today, but she's gonna be 25 ANY minute... How dumb do they think we are???

A pen killed Adam, like an ink pen? Isn't that from a SNL skit years ago with Bob Dole saying he could take out his opponent with his pen and one good arm?

the moment Adam grabbed that pen from Nick's jacket I knew that it would be used as a murder weapon. The writers should really hire me. This show is too predictable!

And now they are giving Teen-Abby a real storyline getting her involved with Ryder. I'm sorry but aging her gives that a whole new spin. Right now she's jail bait and when they age her she'll just be a girl with bad judgement.

They are both those double characters who have stolen identities that we the viewers have responded so favorable too - so what a better thing to do but put them in a storyline together!!

•Billy turns in the jacket to Chance. Chance asks Billy about who he was with the night of Adam's murder, Billy continues to leave Victoria's name out of it
•Victoria goes to Victor for help in her custody battle, Victor's convinced they'll win after he meets with the judge in private
•Jack finds out Patty lied to him about having an appointment with an OB/GYN. Meanwhile, Michael finds out Sarah had no drugs in her system
•Sarah goes to Patty for her session, it doesn't take long for Sarah to catch onto Patty. Sarah confronts Patty for being Paul's sister!
•Billy tells Victoria that even if they were each others alibis, they would still be suspects because Adam's murder occured when they weren't together!!
•The custody hearing gets underway, Victoria is nowhere to be found. The judge awards JT full custody of Reed!
•Victoria has been taken to the station, confronted about the pen. Chance wants Victoria to tell the truth about where she was, Victoria is silent and is placed under arrest for Adam's murder!!
