Great news Jill,

Thanks for posting that :goodvibes !

I certainly am excited but a bit worried about Fantillusion: is it on Fridays as well?

Thanks for that Jill - as the official site only shows up to next weekend, you are showing them up big time.

Just a thought - could we have a thread where recently returned disers post the schedules actually displayed in the parks. This would keep us all up-to-date and save a lot of grey hairs waiting for the official site updates.:scratchin

The times above have been copied from a post on Disney Central Plaza forum, so that's a really good idea:thumbsup2

This is wonderful, thanks for posting :yay: ! I can hardly believe it, finally current photos of the park all decked out in Christmas finery! It all looks so beautiful!!

Thank you for posting the pictures, Jill, so excited, only 2 weeks today till we set off, i cant wait.

Am i right in the thinking that the candlebration will start at 6 so that means that the park wont close till after that finishes because when we go it states that the park closes at 6?

Thank you
Lisa

Can you answer a few questions for me? Which ones are shows and which are parades, I want to be prepared for when I turn up on Saturday, where abouts will they be held.

So to make it easier

Once upon a Dream Parade 4.00pm where is this held, where is the best place to stand and watch?

Enchanted Candleabration: 6.00pm what is this, where is it? iis it a show type thing rather than a parade?

Fantillusion: 7.00pm (Weekends only) Same again, what is this, where is it and is it a sort of show on a stage type thing?

Mickey's Winter Wonderland Show.
Weekdays : 12.15pm 1.30pm 4.45pm
Weekends: 11.00am 12.15pm 1.30pm 3.45pm 4.45pm where is this?

Winnie the Pooh and Christmas too. (Weekends only)
10.30am 11.30am 12.30pm 2.45pm 3.45pm. where is this also?

thanks in adavance for your help!

Starts near IASW ends down around by Main Street Station.
There are a couple of stops when the characters come down from the floats.
If you'd like to be near the Prince and Princesses when this happens then I understand that there is one almost as soon as they come out around by It's a Small World and another by Bella Notte restaurant.
If the Villains are you're thing then they have a stop by the Castle Stage.
Perhaps some one else can come up with a few more of the stops, we really want to be near the Prince and Princesses this time, so if anyone can confirm the above details I'd be very grateful.

Enchanted Candleabration: 6.00pm what is this, where is it? iis it a show type thing rather than a parade?

It's a show and this year it's rather special, as it's a mix of previous years "Enchanted Fairytale" - Christmas lighting ceremony and the 15th Anniversary Candlebration - Castle candle lighting ceremony. I have read that there are more flag dancers in this Christmas version and the character costumes are white with some Christmassy red trim not the blue they've been sporting during the Candelabration.

Fantillusion: 7.00pm (Weekends only) Same again, what is this, where is it and is it a sort of show on a stage type thing?

Fantillusion is a fabulous night-time parade, I'm not sure whether it's following the same route as OUAD, To be honest I wouldn't watch any videos of it before you go, I've never seen anything photographic or film which captures the colours or lighting and the music is fabulous too. Fantillusion only had 1 stop last night, this seems to change regularly, sometimes having 3 stops, so if anyone has any info on best places to stand for this parade, I'd be grateful.

Mickey's Winter Wonderland Show.
Weekdays : 12.15pm 1.30pm 4.45pm
Weekends: 11.00am 12.15pm 1.30pm 3.45pm 4.45pm where is this?

The Chaparral Theatre in Frontierland

Winnie the Pooh and Christmas too. (Weekends only)
10.30am 11.30am 12.30pm 2.45pm 3.45pm. where is this also?

Fantasy Festival Stage in Fantasyland

Forgot to mention the Disney Character Express, has had a Christmas makeover too, this mini parade happens several times a day, not sure of the times though.

thanks in adavance for your help!

Hope that helps, when Bexx gets back I'm sure she'll be able to confirm or give us alternative times for the shows, parades, once that happens I can finally decide where we're eating.

Wow! it looks beautiful - as if i wasnt already excited enough! 5 weeks today till we go! yey!!! x
I wanna see some pics from Enchanted Candelabration! Cant wait to see it! omg - i'm so excited! x

Jill

You're right the Princess stop is by Small World/Bella Notte but its the same stop. We were stood opposite Small World just down from the gate where they came out and would have been better slightly further down opposite Bella Notte as the Princesses were dancing to our left and Belle and the Beast were in the float waving but too far to the right for us.

We watched Fantillusion from outside Market st Deli and had a good view of one change

Hi Jill,

The floats stop and the characters get off twice during the OUAD parade. The princesses float is the last one in the parade, so it stops almost as soon as it gets into Fantasyland (top corner outside of Bella Notte, opposite IASW). It also stops on its second pause at the Castle.

Its much quieter at the Bella Notte corner than the Castle, so thats where we go to watch the parade.

Sorry, you're right I'm having a dizzy moment, of course it would be the same stop, so where is the other stop, or isn't there another one :confused3

and Bella Notte is the best spot then to catch the Princess's ? We aren't normally bothered too much about the Princesses having 2 DS's but my niece will be with us plus we've seen the Villains stop.
