Morning All!

The wifey REALLY wants a DVC sweatshirt for Christmas. Any ideas?

Anyone...anyone at all.

Call one of the DVC resort giftshops they will do the order over the phone and ship it to you in about 3 or 4 days no problem.

After several phone calls, I was able to purchase over the phone a zippered SSR hoody and a Tink "members are magical" pin.

What a great husband!! Going out of your way to treat your wife on Christmas - melts my heart. Hope she doesn't read these boards though - might spoil the surprise (even if she did ask for it).

There is no place on earth, or any other planet that would be too far to go for my wife.

Ok, this guy's obviously a newlywed. ;)

When you find your ONE TRUE LOVE you know it. You recognize that the person is a gift from a higher power and you try to treat them the way a gift of that importance should be treated.
I would have recognized her as my one and only, even if we had met as children.

Don't get me started, I could go on about her for days!!

Man, am I silly...

Last year I bought my wife a horse....

This year expensive diamonds....

I'll bet she would have been a lot happier with the DVC stuff! :earboy2:

Actually, if I got her DVC items, I would make sure it fit me so I could take it all of the time.

I hope my wife doesn't see that you bought your wife a horse...mine got chickens. Not quiet the same.

Wow Durango Kid -- I am very much impressed with your dedication and effort to make your wife happy! Perhaps you could give my DH a call and drop some hints? Tell him I'd like more points. ;)

This post has been wonderful to read. It should remind us all how lucky we are to have somebody to love and to have somebody love us in return.

have a great day everyone

I have to tell you all...this past May, DW and I got a lecture from the kids during lunch at the Coral Seas (food=good, atmosphere=GRRREAT) about PDA. We were told no one wants to see fourty-somethings kiss. They even think the holding hands part is a bit much.

But I also have a theory that most DVC'ers are in a relationship that is similar to mine. How can a couple go to WDW often and not be happy. Just being in the World makes you behave just a little better, act just a little nicer, speak a little kinder.

Just a thought, what are yours?

This is a great statement, and one that I agree with 100%... :D

Careful-- he just might suggest chickens! ;)

Believe me the chickens were NOT my idea. They just go along with our other pets.

6 kids
3 dogs
2 cats
3 rabbits
20 chickens

We give the eggs to the local soup kitchen. Everybody's happy.
