Where can I find Xmas ornaments in the off season and have them monogrammed? The parks? DTD?

You're welcome. It's a small shop, but every inch of it is filled with ornaments. I'd say for the middle of February, it's a good selection of Christmas.

You should also be able to find some at World of Disney. Pretty sure they have at least a decent selection year round.

There are some that are just pretty scarves, but the ones I really like are pretty and subtly Disney. Funny this topic has come up as I took a picture of a scarf I wanted to think about before buying when I was at the Park just a few days ago. This is a scarf in a shop in NOS.

Another store with ornaments is on Main Street by the photo shop (behind the silhouette shop). They have scarves in several shops. Some are subtle Disney and some are pretty obvious. I love their scarves.
