XcapeWithUs.com has ceased trading

Never even heard of them Wayne - to be honest, with a dodgy name like that, don't think I owuld have used them anyway ;)

They came up a lot with searches on travelsupermarket.com always managed to beat their prices elsewhere. I have no idea if they traded under any other names.

Just seen it on another forum, 2 families were booked thru them.

We've used them several times in the past as their prices were great and we always had excellent customer service. Its a real shame.

We did have 1 night booked with them for May but our booking has been cancelled. Got to find somewhere else cheap and cheerful for our first night. I'm looking at the Best Western Lakeside at the moment but no idea if its an ok budget hotel.

We literally want somewhere to sleep and wash as we will be arriving around 7pm and up and out early the next day to check-in at SSR.:thumbsup2

Hi Leanne, yours was one of the 2 familes I was talking about.
Glad you only had 1 night booked.

We have stayed at BW Lakeside 4 times, its a great budget resort. 2 reasons we have stopped using it, 1 only a few rooms have wireless internet, 2 we much prefer LBV location. apart from that we would use it no problems, never paid more than £25/night but not priced it recently.

Thanks Wayne, thats reassuring.:thumbsup2 Its coming up around £31 with Roomsnet for 23rd May.
I will keep looking though as we also prefer the LBV area.:goodvibes

Just had a look on great4hotels.com who I am using in May, Country Inn LBV is £33, I know you have stayed there before, we are there 21st-30th.

Or if you picked a hotel £60 or just over D446B gives you £25 off
eg Courtyrad by Marriott LBV with breakfast £66 less £25 = £41
Residence Inn Seaworld, Homewood Suites Universal Orlando all similar price.Plus loads more

We stayed at the BWL in January for 2 weeks, we got a room with free wireless too, it was a good little hotel, a great crash pad that did everythinhg we needed it to!

Terrible news again, never heard of them myself, but I hope the other families, like Leanne's, get sorted and there's not too much heart-ache :sad2:

We used them last year for three nights at the Royal Pacific, their customer service was brilliant. I was pottering about looking for two nights at RP tonight and discovered they had ceased trading, back to the searching ..
