The Walmart black Friday add is showing 50% off of 3 month xbox live membership. It's not as convenient as a year card but it's a good deal nontheless.

The Amazon price for the 12 months goes up and down, but I always get the card and no difference in cost.

I've also purchased the 12 month card at a slight discount at SAMS, BJ's and Costco.

I usually wait until Amazon gets to the price I want (under 50 dollars). Right now, not as many discounts at Amazon, as they expect demand for the holidays.

Sigh.

But if I waited until I was sure I had the best deal, I'd never order anything.

If you can, purchase a couple at the lower price and save them til next year. They only begin a countdown to expiration once activated.
