Does anybody know if an XBox360 purchased in the UK can play games purchased in the US. If they don;t is there something we can purchase to make them compatible.

Hi

No they are region encoded. American ones will be NTSC U/C and our UK ones are PAL. There are a few games available that are not region encoded, but the general rule of thumb is that American will not play on UK 360.
