Hi there! My mom is leaving for a big, long-awaited trip on Saturday - 7 nights at CSR. She is going with her two sisters, and two kids who are grandkids of the sisters. Does that make sense. Anyway, NOW, the mother of one of the kids wants to go here at the last minute. My cousing Adella, she never could make up her mind about anything.

So, my mom is worried that it will cost extra for the room(s). I say room(s) because they booked 2 rooms at the Coronado and requested that they be adjoining. The plan is 2 adults in one room, 1 adult and 2 kids in the other. Now it'll be 3 in each room.

Will they have to pay extra for the accomodations for Adella to join them? They bought MYW tickets separately so there is no package involved.

I'm sure one of you guys will know the official RULE.

Two adults per room (age 17 and over). If you have three adults per room, then there will be an extra charge for the third adult!

You are allowed 2 adults in each room, so no, I don't see how they could charge her extra.

When we went down in December to the AKL, my mom joined us at the last minute (so 3 adults in the room). We just added her on at the front desk when we checked in so she could have a room key, and we were not charged the extra adult surcharge for the room. I know if you book a room with extra adults in advance through CRO, they will charge you the extra rate though. In this case though, it appears that it will be 2 adults in one room, and 2 in the other, so I think it should be fine.

Okay - 2 adults per room. Let's see - they could simply "say" that there would be 2 adults in each room and if they wanted to mix it up in actuality, they could. Thanks you guys!
