Wyndham Palms Resort ??

We stayed there a couple of years ago with my brother and his girlfriend. We loved it. It was convenient to disneyworld (1 mile from the MK exit). It was off the main road so it was quiet, but it wasn't far from restaurants etc. We had a 2bdroom unit which had a lot of space to spread out in. There was also a screened in balcony that I loved to sit on after a long day at the parks. The resort was peaceful and pretty new. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I stayed here a few years ago - and I loved it!!! I would stay here again in a NY minute!!!!

My DH and I are owners at Wyndham Palms...very nice, very quiet and a short drive to the parks.

My family has stayed there a couple of times now. We love it. We get a two bedroom suite. The king master bedroom has an absolutely, to-die-for bathroom! It's huge, with a two person jacuzzi, big walk-in shower, private toilet, sit-down make up area, separate his/her sink areas, and a large closet. It's wonderful.

Also, each unit has a screened in porch with table and chairs that we enjoy each evening, a great kitchen, full dining room, and a huge television in the living room.

The location is the best! Very quick ride to all the Disney parks, and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.

The only downside I've ever experienced was the check-in. It can be a lengthy process of up to a half an hour, and of course, it's a bit pricey.

Hope this helps.

Wow sounds like a good start to our vacation. We always go down and stay off-site for 3 days prior to the start of our DVC stay.

Other than check-in, everything sounds great!

WE stayed there twice but the first time is was in a brand new unit. It was great. The second time we stayed in one that needed to be renovated and the whole place seemed to be a little bit run down. Maybe it was because they were letting every Tom, Dick and Harry in to stay and view the property. There were a few unsavory characters around and it just did not seem to be the same. I wrote them a letter as did another dis'er who was not happy ,and hopefully they took our suggestions b/c it was last summer.
