Wyndham Palms or Embassy Grand Beach Resort

I am looking at two different offsite options, both requiring a timeshare tour. One is the Wyndham Palms and the other is the Embassy Vacation Resort at Grand Beach. Anyone stayed at both that can offer a comparison or recommendation? Price at the Embassy is less, and I think they are both about the same distance from WDW. Any input would be appreciated...thanks.

Wyndham Palms seems to have some very good prices without the timeshare tour ---- are they that much better if you sit through the sales pitch?

I was trying to get January rates for the Palms through Hotel Kingdom, but they are not out yet, and may not be for several weeks. On the other hand, I am getting a great deal at the Embassy...4 nights for $ 169 less a $ 50 perk, making it about
$ 30.00 a night. I don't think the Palms will beat that rate.

Not sure where the Wyndham Palms is but I know the Embassy Grand Beach is in a great location. Easy to find from the airport via 417 and 2 turns onto World Center Blvd into WDW. The 3BR units are huge and nicely appointed. They appeared to be very well maintained. They had kids activities every day at the pool and family activities as well. The only negative I can see is that the pool isn't very big, nor is it themed. But there is all of Lake Bryan if you want to do other water sports like boating or jetskiing or fishing.
