Wyndham Grand Hotel

Has anyone stayed in the hotel? Not the timeshare, but the actual hotel. If so what can you tell me about it? Does it share the same pool as the timeshares? Very confused.

We've stayed there.

It's very nice-- the rooms are large and we booked one with a king bed and bunk beds for the kids-- they loved it.

It has it's own pool but you are free to walk around the property and use any of the pools you like, we never tried it but I'm sure you could use the bbq grills too.

The timeshare and hotel share all amenities. That means you can use any of the six pools, two lazy rivers, activity center at the main building of the timeshares, mini golf, etc, etc.

From the hotel, the amenities you will most likely use are the "Pirate Pool" at Tower 6, right next to the hotel, and the pool and lazy river at Tower 5, which is another 100 yards or so further around the lake. You might also use the free gas BBQ facilities between Towers 5 and 6.
