Hi,

My friend saw something on TV about Wyndam Orlando Resort - I-Drive and she was asking me about it and I KNOW someone out there has the answers. She is getting ready to book it, but I wanted to know what all you DISers thought first. It's her first time going with two kids - 7 & 4.

Have you stayed there? How is it? Is it worth it? She got a great deal for 5days/4nights. Can anyone help her out?

What time would you suggest going....
Spring Break April 3rd week
May 8th week
June 26th week

Any help is much appreciated.

Maria

we stayed at the Wyndham palace last year over spring break. The service was so bad that we have sworn off all wyndham's in the future.

There was a long thread a few months back that had mostly negative reviews, but I can't find it. Here's another one though:

I stayed there on Thanksgiving weekend for 1 night thru Priceline. For the price I payed ($35?) it wasn't bad - slight musty odor and a little worn, but OK. I certainly wouldn't pay full price to stay there!!! :(

As far as when to go, I think May 8th would be the quietest week. April 3rd is Spring Break and June 26th most schools will be out and it's HOT!!!

Hope this helps!!! :teeth:

We had a nice room with a balcony over looking the pool, no musty smell or any negatives. We only paid about 35.00 on priceline and I thought it well worth it. The front desk manager ., Jazmine was the best!
