Wydham garden reservation number

Booked Wyndham garden hotel that allows FP booking at 60 days. Attempt to enter reservation number into MDE but it does not recognize number. Booked it on the weekend. Should allow more time for 2 systems to update or call. Would you call Wydham or Disney? We do have time as 60 day window is not in the near future
