Say nothing. Stay out of it. It's just trash talk. Gossip. None of the trash talk or gossiping matters. The best players will shine through the nonsense. Sometimes the best player is the one who is the most talented on the field. Sometimes, the best player is the one who is a true leader and has the most class.
The parents who spread around this sort of stupid inane gossip are the ones who need to grow up, get a clue, and have their heads examined.
I, like most others, vote for option C. I have 4 kids who all played multiple sports in high school and then continued to play in college at all levels (Division 1,2,3). I have never emailed a coach about anything and let me tell you there are plenty of things I would want them to know. My youngest daughter's experience with lacrosse has been less than ideal and we are baby stepping to the end of the season in 2 weeks. We are literally on speed dial for her to call us to vent all her frustrations - there are many that are caused by the coaches but she is not completely free from fault either. On Saturday she wanted to quit but I told her that she only has 15 days left and that I wouldn't want her to regret not finishing her lacrosse career. If she wanted to quit she would have to talk to both the coaches and her teammates.
Best of Luck to you and your daughter. Playing sports can be tough and suck sometimes.

I'm the lone "B" gal response earlier, but it's mainly because I don't think I could keep my own mouth shut and not somehow address it. Hope it all works out one way or another.
I've gotten to the point that I don't believe anything I hear, and, only half of what I see.
I've been involved in A LOT of travel and school soccer. Nothing you say or do is going to have any effect on anything. Whatever is going on has been going on long before you got there and will continue long after you are gone.

Probably nothing. At our tournament this coming weekend I'll find out if other parents heard the same from their daughter.
This coach in question has not made a good impression on the girls (or the parents). Next season will be his third with us. While he is not the worst coach my kids have ever had, he probably is in the bottom 2-3. It has nothing to do with knowledge of the game, just stories I hear of how he interacts with his players.
Option C ....it's(possibly) their opinion and on top of that it's hearsay. Unprofessional? Probably, but in the grand scheme of things does it matter? Still just a youth sports group.....

I would not get involved. Too much heresay involved. The whole 'he said - they said - and then told someone else - when then posted something on social media' reminds me of that game we played in school where you whisper a phrase into the ear of the person sitting next to you. By the time the phrase went around the room, it was nothing like what was originally said.
