So I think I'll get these clothing storage cubes. They zip and have handle and can fit under bed. Can use to travel and also to store clothes not in use or bedding.

Having your own car makes it lots easier. A few times we have switched and gotten a room early afternoon, but not get luggage until 5 or 6 .

Are you the type to go to parks and stay for hours on end? Shouldn't be an issue unless its pouring rain and you are forced to get changed in a bathroom somewhere.

I agree with the others, this bag/pack is for X resort, that is for Y resort. Sounds like much easier, only need to carry so much into each resort.

And look at it this way, no worries about needing clean towels or more coffee. You'll have a fresh supply every few days.

Pack separate suitcases for each of the 2-night stays and an overnight bag with change of clothes for the 1-night stay. No unpacking or digging thru a suitcase with a mixture of clean and dirty clothes. Use packing cubes if separate suitcases is not an option.

THIS!!!! It's so easy. Have a suitcase for toiletries and things you'll want at every resort. We always manage to turn one suitcase into the dirty laundry suitcase too. haha (I've never done a three way split tho.)

While I agree with the trend here that how you pack is key, I would come at it a different way (I'm the packer for our family). I would not try to do separate packing for each resort. We do laundry and don't pack by day. On our one split stay, I started out planning to pack separately for each resort, but when it came down to it, it just wouldn't work. Here's what did work (on that trip, and on another road trip where we stayed in 3 different hotels):

Pack with plenty of extra space in your luggage, so that it's super-easy to just throw everything back in the suitcase when it's time to move. I have each person have their own bag, or 2 people get either side of a hard-sided suitcase. Either live out of the suitcase, or pack everything in a cube so that it can easily come out of the suitcase and then be put back in (I do the cubes--clothes go into the large cube and are not packed in tight, then when it's time to move, all the clean clothes are still in the cube; zip it up and throw it in the suitcase). Bring an extra bag for moving dirty clothes (one for the whole family). Pack plastic bags for wet swimsuits.

For toiletries, I have done it with one of those hanging rolls that you don't have to unpack, but honestly, a few gallon sized ziploks were easier to deal with. One ziplok per person, or per bathroom, or whatever works.

Everything must be a rolling suitcase so it's easy to move in one trip. Especially at BWV where the walk can be FAR to your room.

Have a great trip!

We do go to the parks most of the day/evening but honestly had not thought about bad weather ..... oh well guess it will be warm and dry in the bars until the storm passes! 🍺🍺🍷🍷🥃🥃🍸🍸🍹🍹
