Thinking of a quick 2 day/2 night resort stay only trip. We won't be doing the parks as this will be a quick, relaxing getaway for a couple of nights in May. MAYBE a 1/2 day at a waterpark, but otherwise we are wanting to do a resort stay. Where would you stay and what would you do? Budget-wise I'm thinking a moderate, but would consider deluxe/villa if I could get one on the cheaper side. I'd love to hear your ideas, thanks!

Who is in your party ? What ages?

Depends on if there are kids or just adults. If not going to the park then POR/POFQ would be good so you can take the boat to Disney Springs. or a deluxe on the Boardwalk as well, then you can walk around at night. Also try and stay at beach or yacht club then you can use their great pool and skip the water park. You can put the money you saved towards mini golf and even a tour (some tours you dont need tickets to get into the park like the Aquarium tour at Epcot). Have fun!

We love SSR....multiple pools, walking access to Disney Springs food and nightlife, golf course and spa right there, bike rentals and lots of walking trails to include the nice trail to OKW.

I would do AKL (preferably CL) and focus on all of the awesome offerings the resort has. I would make a reservation at Jiko. I would do the nighttime safari. I would try to do the wine tasting they offer. I would enjoy the beautiful pool.

Yup, my vote is AKL, plus if you are considering watermarks, you'll be close to those as well.

Thanks I LOVE this idea. We've stayed at Kidani before and loved it. Now off to see if I can find a good deal...
