You must be seeing things that I can't see from the picture It looks like EUC to me. Anything that has been used will have a few smudges maybe but I don,t see the wear. Also those will probably come out. Probably should have spot cleaned them before selling, but anyway, if you don,t like used, buy new - that's my policy, then you can expect excellent new and also pay "new" prices!

I agree. I think it's beautiful. And not dirty. Just a little smudgy on the corner. So what? It can be cleaned. It's used. Rare you can find a perfect product that was used. But the OP's bag is close to me.

I would have probably rated it as "Very Good" and not "Excellent" since there is some obvious wear. Also, I would have washed an item before I sold it.

OP, I think you left the door open for the buyer to negotiate with you by your offer to refund if she wasn't happy. She wasn't 100% happy and wanted $10 off. I think that offering $5 was a good compromise. Let us know what your buyer says.
