I would add more resale BC, and I like the idea of going for a bigger contract and selling your smaller one, but I don't know that I'd be fussy about UY since you need the points and they're hard to come by since it's such a small resort. I think I might jump on either a small add-on with different UY or one whopper big one, any UY.

How many points are you short?

Maybe 100 or so? Getting the same UY is non-negotiable, though.

I just took a look at BCV on a resale aggregator.

There are no contracts under 100pts.

There are 47 contracts between 100-300 points.

12 of those 47 are 100-150 points.

20 of those 47 are Feb UY. Maybe F&W and runD help drive buyers and investors away
