So, what would you do if you thought your friend took your wallet? I had a girl over at my house. She's never been at MY house before, but she had spent the night with me at another friends house. She's pushy, but some people just like to be that way. I cleaned my house before she came and found my wallet under the couch. I had shoved it there a few days before because I didn't want to pick it up. I picked it up to vaccum and put it in my room on my bed. She came over and she was really mean and rowdy. I don't think I'm ever having her over again just because of how she acted. She finally went home and now my wallet is gone off my bed. She deff. was in my room a lot. She put her clothes and stuff on my bed, so my initial thought was that she accidently grabbed it when she picked up all of her clothes. I called her and asked her about it and she said that she didn't have it, but I had some of her movies. Well, I HAD nothing, she left them here! She came and got them and I asked her again, "When you go through your bag, be sure to keep your eyes open for my wallet." I've been searching everywhere and it's just not turning up. I'm not sure what to think. She was in my room A LOT, but I thought maybe it was because of my guinea pigs. She was petting them or something. That was ALL of my money for vacation, inlcuding the b-day money I got from my cousin in Iraq I was saving for something special. All together like $50 and my really pretty wallet. :(

I think the question is, What would Jesus Do :rotfl:

Sounds pretty fishy to me. I'd ask her parents to ask her about it and search her things.

I'm really sorry about your wallet I had a friend do that to me before I don't talk to her any more because she's popular <3 HD9008

Go over to her house and just be a complete prick. Go through all of her stuff, and if you find your wallet, open a can of you know what. That's what I would do.

Oh and BTW, you probably shouldn't of called her and asked her about it. If she does have your wallet, of course she would say no she doesn't have it, and now she knows your on to her.

Late.

I wouldn't have, but I honestly thought maybe she had grabbed it by mistake because all of her clothes were on my bed where my wallet was. I really wouldn't think she would take it before she came over, but after she got here she was a real terror.

And I can't really ask her parents to do anything because I on't know them. She's 18 and in foster care. She suposidly going out on her own this month.

was anything important in there (credit cards, driver's license, library card, bus pass[don't ask me where that come from]etc)? If so call the companies, dmv, library, bus stations, etc. and let them know that you can't find your wallet and cancel them, blah blah, if you haven't done it already

Sorry about your wallet. hope you get it back OR find it!!

Hang out at her house, and if you decide to go to her room, pretend to be checking out all of her stuff but you're really looking for your wallet.

yea i agree with the others above me, snoop through her stuff discretly and if you find it, call her on it. if you dont see it at her house, let her parents know. just tell them she left and it was missing, but dont make them think you KNOW it was her. sorry if that confused you :p

sorry about what happened though! i hope you find it.

Thanks for the hugs and adivce :) I still haven't found it and I guess I'm just going to have to hope I get invited over to her house and see if I can look around for it. I'm going to keep posting about it on my Xanga too. Maybe I can guilt her into saying "Oh, Lizzie, I found your wallet. I took it by mistake when I picked up my clothes." Doubtful, but you never know.

Thank God my mom keeps my important stuff put away.. my credit card and ID are with her, otherwise they'd be gone with my wallet!
