WWYD DHS FP then hopping to Epcot

Tomorrow is my FP booking day, I'm going to try for Slinky Dog at DHS. My family is too chicken for ToT or RnR and we've seen all the shows there. The only other ride we'll do at DHS is Star Tours and we'll also go to see some characters there.

If I book only Slinky Dog and Star Tours can I book our #3 FP at Epcot immediately after we tap through the 2nd? Is it better to just book 2 FP or should I book a #3 at DHS and just modify it for something at Epcot once we've tapped #2?

If you only book 2, once you tap the first one you can book your 3rd at Epcot.

And just in case you didn't already know, that 3rd one at Epcot can even be a Tier 1 ride, even though you already had a tier 1 at DHS. That's the one exception to being able to get a 2nd tier 1 before using your first 3 FPs.

This is good to know. When FP+ was started, you could not do this - all had to be in the same park. The trick is to use the first one. Of course, even though tier 1 is available at the second park, it may be difficult to acquire one. Thanks for sharing.
