WWYD? Departure time to US/IOA

So I scheduled for Mears shuttle to take our family to see Harry Potter in IOA on 9/27. The pick up times from Poly were 7:30 and 8:30am. I asked how long the drive was and they said between 20-50 minutes. The park opens at 9am. We are not usually rope drop people, however, I also don't want to stand in long lines for Harry Potter. Which time would you use - 7:30 or 8:30???
