WWYD? CBR, Boardwalk or Yacht Club?

Have you thought of Swan/Dolphin? I have seen on here that they have deals on more spacious/family rooms that are often less than CBR. You’d need to do some research to be sure, and you might have to call to check availability on those room types but it could be worth looking into for your group.
Good suggestion and worth looking into, but just a note to make sure OP includes Swan/Dolphin resort fees and parking fees (if applicable) so they're doing a true price comparison. The resort fees in addition to the room rate sometimes changes the scenario.

OP, the difference of $100 for BW or $146 for YC is a negligible one IMO, so I would consider prices to be relatively equal among the three resorts you're considering. I love trying new resorts and since you've already stayed at CBR, I would vote for either BW or YC. You can't go wrong with either, but I'd probably lean towards BW. BW will have an easier walk to DHS and would probably be slightly closer to Epcot. The pool at YC/BC is amazing, but that also makes it very popular and I've read on here before that families with small kids don't like the many curves in the pool which makes it difficult to keep an eye on everyone. There's also an area in the lazy river that is quite deep. For that reason, I don't know if the pool at YC would be best for small kids.

My kids (9 and 11) actually prefer BW to BC. As a parent, the pool is much easier to keep track of them. The slide entrance at SAB is outside of the pool gate, which made me nervous. There's also a great turf area at BW that kids are always playing/running around on. We were at BW last week and the boardwalk had a lot more activity than 6 months ago when it was dead. It was fun!

The walk to HS is slightly shorter from BW (depending on where you are in the resort) and it's the shortest boat ride from Epcot (last stop to pick up, first to drop off). We walk to HS in the morning and use the Skyliner back to Epcot at the end of the day, then jump on the boat at Epcot. Always happy to be the first people off.

We love the Epcot area resorts, it's our favorite place to stay. As an FYI- BW halls are loooooong. Request to be close to an elevator.

YC gets my vote. We are also spending 13 nights in September of this year. We booked the Dolphin because YC shows no availability. If something opens up, we will switch. We have 3 kids and also have no problem all sharing a small room. Our son just turned 3 and still sleeps in a pack-and-play in the bathroom. We close the door and just sneak around if we have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We don't spend much time in the room during the day. We hate split stays because it takes a lot of time for me (mom) to pack up everything and get it unpacked again. We have never regretted spending money on upgrading our resort to YC. We have skimped and when we walk by YC, we are sad that we didn't spend the money. The pool is the biggest draw. Our young kids could spend 3 hours in just the sand bar area every afternoon and not get bored. I would avoid CBR at all costs. Way too big. I have never stayed at BW but we have spent a lot of time over there enjoying the evening entertainment and restaurants. Our evenings always end at the brewery with kids sleeping in strollers. I'm excited for you.
