Hi all!! Weird question....I am getting mixed info...

We have breakfast reservations at Norway for my sisters 30th birthday. When my sister "registers" her birthday at the EPCOT gate does she lose out on stuff at MK? Is she better off waiting until we get to MK later in the day to "register"?

I hope I didn't just confuse someone even more than I am....
