WWTBAM audience tickets

Yesterday - Jan. 4th) - I received an email about our tickets for the Millonaire taping --
It stated that our ticket request for Jan 12th was received & we would receive our tickets in the mail 2-4 weeks prior to taping!!! 2 -4 weeks from now is 'after' the taping!!
Should I just bring the email to guest services at MGM & see if we can get the tickets from them??

Same thing happened to me, Grandma. I'm not sure...I'm just holding hope that the tickets actually get here. I am going to keep the email, though. I'm probably won't drive all the way to WDW without tickets in hand, though. Two hours is two hours. KWIM?
