Wwohp-need a wand!!!

Hi all ok i'll get to the point. Is it possible to contact Universal or the "Hogwart's" wand store in WWOHP and purchase a wand via the internet or over the phone? I know this is possible to do with some items at WDW but was not sure if it could be done at Universal. So any info would be great TIA

Sorry for the late UPDATE!!!! YES! I was able to get on and it will arrive by the 20th. There will be 1 very happy boy on Christmas day. Thanks again and yes, i did save it to my favorites
