I'll be in Universal the Fri. & Sat. after Thanksgiving. How horrible will the crowds be trying to get into the WWHP? What is my best stragedy? I will not be there until noon on Friday. Will I be better off trying to get in Friday night, Saturday morning or Saturday night? Also - can someon explain the line waiting to get in? Is there a real line? Do they only admit so many people into the WWHP at a time?

That weekend is one of the busiest of the year and everything will have very long lines. I hate to think about the crowds you'll face just to try to get into WWoHP and it's not going to matter when you go that weekend. There will be two lines...one for onsite guests and the other for regular park goers. That weekend, the TMs will pass out slips of paper letting you know when you can return and enter WWoHP. They only do that when it's really busy so be prepared.

Thanks. I'm staying offsite and am seriously concidering staying onsite to help with the lines. Do you think it will be worth the extra $$$?

Yes. You will get hour early entrance to the park. I have a feeling its still going to be busy but only a limited amount of people versus the entire world:rolleyes: or close to it.

Plus you will get express pass for all the other rides which will help you get everything done in a timely manner.

Thanks for the advice.
OK - so who can explain the system of waiting in line to get into the WWHP?

What do you think the crowds will be like the Mon-Wed before Thanksgiving?

The crowds overall shouldn't be too terribly bad leading up to the holiday but be prepared for large crowds at WWoHP that entire week.

Do you know Disney's FastPass system? It's just like that except you'll get your return time ticket from a person vice a machine, and the return ticket is merely to enter that section of the park--not any one particular attraction.
