We just had a goodie day here at work and I like to participate when they are held. Usually there are a few good options and I like to taste small bits of some of the real "goodies" so I don't feel deprived. 
Today I had:
3 grapes
3 small chunks of pineapple
2 small pieces of broccoli
1/2 tsp of veggie dip
2 crackers
2 slices of colby jack cheese (1" x 1" each)
1/2 of a small (1") brownie
1/3 of a small (1") cheesecakey bar type thing
I ended up counting this as 11 points which seems kind of high but I do tend to overestimate. Do you think I have overestimated too much here.
fruit = 1/2 point
broccoli = 0 points
veggie dip = 1/2 point
crackers = 1 point
cheese = 4 points
brownie = 2.5 points
cheesecakey thing = 2.5 points
What do you think? Too much? Just right? Not enough?
