Weighed in yesterday morning- down 3.8!!! Very happy with this.... next Saturday I should make my 10%

I was down the .5 I was up last week. Yes, I am the boring maintainer. Seriously tho, if not for WISHers, and especially the WW WISHers, I'm not sure how well I'd be maintaining after all this time. You're a fabulous group!!! Thank you!

Down 2.2 this week, for a total of 31.2. My WW at Work program is dark next week, so it'll be two weeks before I can weigh in again. That kind of scares me. I'm sure I'll be on and off my home scale a millions times this week.

I'm down another 1.5 pounds this week, which is a miracle since I spent six days at WDW last week! I ate sensibly for breakfast and dinner (in my room) but ate what I wanted at lunch. I also had a few sweet treats. But I walked my butt off every day.

I had my first WW weigh in this week. I lost 1.2 lbs. I'm actually dissapointed it wasn't a little more just because I have SO FAR to go (over 150 lbs.) but any loss is a loss, I suppose!

I was down .2 last night and very happy with that. I have had this sore throat/cold thing that is going around and couldn't exercise 4 out of 6 days last week. I ate within my pts., but I ate "junk" pts. - lots of low fat frozen yogurt, etc.

I am back on plan, and my asthma seems to be getting better - so next week will be better!

I've struggle with my weight all my life but I've decided to take control of it before it becomes too hard as I get older. Just did my weekly meeting and I have a loss of 2.4 lb!! I am now up to a total of 12.4 in just 3 weeks. Now I'm off to start my day of cheating! Crongrats everyone!

I weighed in lastnight (Thursday 4/4) and I was so excited. I lost 3.2 pounds. I have not made it passed the 10 lb mark. Which is very frustrating for me. But I have seen other results. I am diabetic my A1C count which is my average daily blood sugar has dropped from 7.0 which is really high to 6.2 and according to my doctor I have lost 16lbs according to their scales this is since August of last year to February of this year. I have also dropped from a 26/28 down to a 18/20 in pants. So something is happening. I am not doing it in the weight category. Just thought I would share my W.W. expieriance ( sorry can't spell )Keep up the good work and as my W.W. leaders says she wants to see less of us next week

Didn't weigh in yesterday- we had a death in the family. Now I have to get through all the arrangements without eating away my grief. Wasn't very good at it yesterday.... will do better today.

Lost only 2 pounds at todays weigh-in. Not very happy with that but I have lost 10 pounds total so far. Not bad for 2 weeks.
