I had my WI tonight and as expected I gained, but only .4. With all that I ate this week celebrating my birthday one too many days, I can't complain. Tomorrow starts a new week.....Onward and downward!

Hang in there. .4 is not too bad with multiple celebrations. Kind of tough to have your birthday right after the holidays. The celebrations just keep on going. It is a new day and a new week. Good luck.

I know it's been a while since I posted, but tomorrow is the day ... We start the At Work program! Wish me luck that it works this time! My goal is to be able to build up my stamina for my trip next summer! I've been good so far this year. I vowed not to use the elevator at work (unless carrying load requires it) and I've stuck to it so far (10 days!).

You'll be hearing more from me over the next 12 weeks!

Congratulations to all of you "losers" out there! I am really proud of you! The losses have been pretty hefty too...7lbs, 4lbs...way to go! Friday is my day and I think I have been doing pretty well. I do better when I track on paper, but I rarely ever do it. That will be my goal for next week. I am going to write down ever BLT as my leader says (bite, lick, taste). I need to write my goal down and maybe I will stick to it.

I teach elementary computer classes and we have been making some new year's resolutions these past two weeks. I told the kids to type out 5 goals for this year and hang them in a place where they will see them often to remind them of their goals. I think I am going to set my weight loss for the next month, write it down, hang it somewhere I will see it often (like the refrigerator :rotfl:) and see if the constant reminder helps me to reach the goal. I think writing stuff down does make you more accountable. We will see.

tiggerlover...don't feel too bad about the .4 gain. Your birthday is a special time and I bet next week you will lose the .4 plus more!

I want to say congratulations to everyone so far.

Disney1fan2002 - I love your idea of setting a 10 lb goal and then when you reach it to set another 10 lb goal. That does make it seem more doable.

I weighed in this morning and lost 2 lbs. I'm happy because I wasn't sure if I had lost any since I knew I had gone over my weekly points total. It's been hard getting back on track, but the 2 lb loss will help me stay on track this week.

Good luck to everyone!

Weighed in yesterday -- down 2.0 :cheer2: :cheer2:

Of course, then the baby was super fussy yesterday and I was super stressed so I hit the left over :santa: chocolate. DOH!

Back on track today -- hopefully I didn't do too much damage.

Good luck this week to all!

I"m down 1.6 this week. This is the first time since I don't know when that I've had a loss 2 weeks in a row. Hopefully I'm on a roll.

Congratulations Chamonix, Heatherfeather, IwantmyDVC, Bashful in TN, on your great losses!! Keep it up!!!

Goodluck MJgirl. The at work program will be great if others you work with are on board too. My sister in law and all her coworkers do WW and it really helps to keep the junk out of the office.

Keep up the awesome work and have a great week.:cheer2:

I had my WI today. I am down 4 pounds! I reached my 1st ten pound goal today. Plus .2, so I only have 9.8 pounds to lose for my next goal.

Congrats to Mikamah, Chamonix, Heatherfeather, IwantmyDVC, Bashful and Disney1fan- you all have done great this week. Really great losses.

I weighed in and I was down .4. Seems pretty sad compared to everyone else. But I'm fine with it! As long as I don't go up I'm good. Sorry tiggerlover, I think I gave you my .4. LOL It seems to be my magic number.

Hope everyone else has happy weighins!!

Fofinia- .4 lost is still a loss, and any loss is a good loss in my book. Congratulations. All those little losses will add up. Hang in there.

Congratulations Disney1fan2002 on your first 10 pounds!! Whoo hoo!! Ten pounds at a time is a great way to look at it.

This is the last day of my tracker and I still have 2 points left and 2 flex points. I don't remember the last time I actually stayed within my points for the week. I took a walk today after work also. The new year is always very motivating for me. It's keeping motivated for the long haul that's my problem.

Good luck all.

We got the minimum number of people to sign up, so the At Work program is a go. Yesterday was just the information session. The first official weigh in is next week. Here is the dilemma ... Do I start being good now? or Do I totally live it up this week as it is my last to go wild? :rotfl2:

BTW ... I'm going to try and be good this week so I can get in the right frame of mind.

Well, I joined WW At Work yesterday too. Yesterday was just pay your money and informational only. They did let me weigh myself to get an idea of how much damage I've done over the last 6+ years. Well, after making lifetime back in 2000 and losing 27 lbs., I can sadly say I've gained it all back. Got on the scale at 153 yesterday! My goal weight is 135. The At work program will now run for 17 weeks and that mean I've got 13 weeks before I leave for Vero Beach during the April break. Went shopping last night and bought all kinds of WW foods on sale in Shaws. Drinking my water, writing down everything and trying to track points. I need all the help I can get! I'm back to square one!

I can relate as I too went shopping last night and bought all kinds of low cal goodies and healthy stuff! I never reached goal in WW, but have with other diets only to gain it back and then some. We didn't get to weigh in yesterday, but I know how much I have to lose and 153 actually sound good to me ... My goal will be around 145. My personal goal for this 12 week session is to lose 20 pounds, plus build up my stamina so that I can do all the walking in Europe next summer without having a heart attack!!!

Congrats to Mikamah, Chamonix, Heatherfeather, IwantmyDVC, Bashful and Disney1fan- you all have done great this week. Really great losses.

Ditto on the congrats from me....I stay away a couple of days and look at you all go!! Great job!

Thanks for the support everyone, I appreciate it!

Additional congrats to KJo719!!

Keep on losing gang!

Thanks Mikamah! I'm still happy with any loss. No gain is a good day.

I switched to Core this week. When I did it about 1 month ago I lost 3 lbs the first week. Here's hoping!

MJGirl and BarbnBrian- that's pretty cool you have an at work program. I've never done that. That must make it very convenient for you. And hard to miss which is important!

Good luck everyone!

I have had an awful eating day. I started with 3 pieces of Dove chocolate after breakfast, and then went out to lunch and had delicious high fat chowder, and a lobster roll, had 3 more pieces of dove chocolate. Went to Mcdonalds and had not 1, but 2 apple pies, (two cost less than one),:guilty: and I thought I was done. So I came home and figured it all out, and I had used all the days points plus 14 flex points, and figured I'd keep myself honest, and write it all down, but then I just started in on the chocolate and ate 11 more points worth. I know I could have had yogurt and fruit, but I didn't. So here I am to get remotivated, and start fresh. This is my first day of the week, and I only have 10 flex points left. Part of me wants to forget about today, and start a new tracker tomorrow, but I think I need to keep with this one, and earn some activity points and stay in control. I thought I could handle the chocolate here at home, and had for the past week, but it's coming to work with me tomorrow. I'm off to cruise around the WISH board for some inspiration. There is so many helpful and inspirational people here, I can't go wrong.
Thanks everybody. Hope you all have a great weekend.

You guys have really inspired me this week. Everytime I started to have that urge to sneak a bite of something I wasn't supposed to, I would read and reread about all of your losses this week and it really paid off for me. I weighed this evening and was down 7.2 pounds! :yay: That is almost all of what I gained over the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. I am so psyched and I owe it to you! Thanks for accepting me into your group and encouraging me

Together we can make this our year! :grouphug:

Kathy!

Hang in there and stay accountable. Tomorrow is a new day, but don't just toss this day. Tomorrow when you wake up and see all the points you ate today, it will be a wake up call. You can be more determined to stay with your points tomorrow.

You are still ahead of yourself for the week. Just make sure you know how many flex points you used, and stay within them for the rest of the week. If you need extra points for a day, earn activity points.

Hang tough girl! Good idea about getting rid of the chocolate!

I just picked up my kids from my sister's and she had given them each TWO twinkies!!!! la la la la la la la la al I don't see the twinkies, I don't see the twinkies. ;)
