Great great job!!

I got back on program for part of last week and all of this week. My WI was tonight (I missed last week's weigh-in). I am thrilled to report a 4.25 pound loss. Now, I just have to keep following the plan.

Great job!! How exciting:woohoo: I WI tonight with a 1.2lb loss; not near as exciting as everyone elses but I will gladly take it:banana:

Hi everyone! I'm Debbie, and I'm new around the WISH board, I usually hang in the creative community. I started WW Online last week and came here looking for a WW thread and found you guys. My weigh in is Mondays, so tomorrow is the big day :scared: I have quite a lot of weight to lose, but right now I'm committed to just 10%.

Just wanted to "meet" everyone :) I can't wait to try the pumpkin/angelfood recipes!

:welcome: Debbie from another Debbi! Congratulations on your first week loss, that is fantastic! What a great start to a new you.

NCRedding and Pei4ever......:woohoo: Great job!!! Big or not as big, every loss deserves to be celebrated!!!! So congratulations to you both.

ddavis860 & NCRedding - WOW! Awesome losses you two! :thumbsup2

Pei4ever - I'd take 1.2 lbs any week too! :goodvibes Congrats on your loss!

I hope everyone has been having a great day! I have a quick question; I think someone on here posted a cupcake recipe - a cake mix and diet soda. My question is - how much pop do you use? 1 cup? 1 can? 20 oz? I'm in charge of dessert for Halloween and I thought it would be fun to decorate cupcakes w/ my niece and nephew. Thanks in advance!

Rachel

Congrats to all the losers this week. Weigh to go. :woohoo: I weigh in today and I'm not sure why I always get so nervous every Wednesday. It's only a scale right? :confused3

Thanks for the nice welcome everyone! :teeth:

Congrats to all who lost weight this week!! And to all who were brave enough to jump on the scale, even though they had a bad week...good for you!! That has always been my downfall, not wanting to face the slip up...then not weighing...then quiting...

I weighed in this morning and stayed the same. A little discouraging since I stayed on program all week. However, I didn't use my weekly points and I'm going to try using some of them this week. Maybe that will help.

Congrats to all who lost this week.

This week was the first week that I had a gain of .2. I knew it had to happen eventually even though I was on program all week. My fingers were all swollen this morning (I could tell by my wedding ring) In any case up to now I have lost (including today .2 gain) 49.2 lbs. I refuse to let the scale today ruin all the good to this point and am determined to continue to stay on program this week and see a loss of any kind next week.

 It is very disappointing when we stay on program and the scale doesn't reflect our efforts. But you may have an idea, using those weekly points really do make a difference.

Mary Anne, you have such a winning attitude, that is so important in this journey. Congratulations on losing almost 50# to date, that is something to be very proud of.

I have been doing a little better staying OP, or somewhat staying OP. I am still juggling some medical issues, which I am hoping in the next couple of weeks to get regulated, but I am hanging in there. The one constant is my workouts three times a week, I think as long as I am able to keep them up I will fair okay. I did have a little accident yesterday, I fell into a wall and banged up my nose pretty good (and my body is aching all over), but overall I am doing okay and trying to stay positive. These are just bumps in the road of life and learning to live healthy when encountering lifes bumps is just another aspect of this journey.

I hope everyone has been doing okay and has survived the influx of Hallween candy. My son went through his candy, chose what he was keeping and the rest went straight into the trash! I know I have not willpower when it comes to certain candy (especially peanut butter cups) so I figured the best place for them was out of sight and out of my house!

:butterfly Onward and downward!!!! We can be a success!!

Thank you. I try. I have to say that the "gain" of last week really reinforced to me what I need to do to keep on program and keep the losses coming no matter how slow they may seem. Limit the 100 calorie treats, eat a lot more fresh foods vs. canned or frozen. Find someway to get some kind of exercise in. What I could get "away with" doing or not doing 50 lbs heavier, I can not get away with today. It certainly is a journey that you learn things along the way.

I have also decided to treat myself with a non food treat next Friday. I've made an appointment to get my eyebrows (and anyother type of face hair) waxed. I haven't done that in ages and I made the appointment for Friday so that no matter what the scale said or doesn't say to me next Thursday, I am going to celebate my being on program since May.

Sorry you didn't see the results you wanted this week. I think you are on the right track though, to try and use your weekly points. It's always good to have a plan! Hopefully this week will be better. :goodvibes

I think that's a great attitude to have. You have done an awesome job so far to lose that much. And I think your non-food treat sounds like a fabulous idea! It's good to do things for yourself, especially when you deserve it! :goodvibes
