for those who have been on WISH some time, do you remember our old WW weekly challenge??? I'm determined to resurrect this!!
Sooooo............what shall it be for this week? I'm WI on the too high end of my range, almost stepping out of the range and I have a long weekend planned so I'd really like to drop a couple before leaving Saturday. Hormones are working against me this week too.

my buddy group has been focusing on reduction in sugar. How about that? Anyone up for a maximum 10 pts for the week on high-sugar treat? I would not count sugar-free items such as jello or pudding, but I would count sugar free candy. do that make sense?
i'm talking like candy, cookies, Barry's cafe twists, ice cream, etc. We know we have all found great low-pt treats, but too many for me puts on pounds and/or halts the losing
