Do you have to use all the flex points every week? Just wondering how that works. Is it better to use them or try not to? Some weeks I could see myself using every one but other weeks when I'm not eating out much I think I would do fine with just the 24 points every day. I want to be sure I'm doing this right as I'm doing it at home so any help would be very appreciated. :)
 
Hi Kaye - The flex points are there for you if you need them. I very rarely use mine(except for during the holidays), but I know if I want to splurge alittle, I have the points to use. I also get 24 points per day and then I have my AP (activity points) that I sometimes use, but not all the time. I guess if your weight loss is slow, I would try not to use the flex points or try not to use all of them.
 
You don't have to use them but you don't want to deprive yourself and let yourself get hungry esp. when you are low daily points.
