I voted a few days ago, but didn't post. I voted that I use NONE of my Flex points. I have been BACK on WW since Jan. 2 and have not used a single Flex point. For that matter, I have stayed at least 2 points under my daily Target EVERY DAY except 1 during this time. And I NEVER use my activity points. I don't even bother to figure them out. And initially my weight loss was great. But during the last two weeks or so the loss has really slowed down, so I am trying to increase my points. This week I am aiming to AT LEAST eat my minimum points per day. I'm only a few pounds away from going down another point in my Daily Target, so I don't want to get too used to using the extra point, but I feel like I need to do something to kick my weight loss up a notch.........................P
