I'm trying to figure out how many points my dinner was. I had a chicken ceasar wrap with the ceasar dressing on the side. It basically was tortilla? with chicken, provolone cheese, and lettuce. I dipped it in the dressing and used about 1 tbsp of dressing. Actually I only ate half the wrap but I'll eat the rest today.

Thanks.

Without trying to figure out the points of the contents individually I can only guess. At Subway an Asiago Ceasar Chicken wrap is 9 points.

The best thing to do is use the complete food guide, Dotti's site or just guestimate to the best of your ability and just break down all the ingredients....

Tortilla (They can be anywhere from 2-6 points usually when eating out)
Flour Tortilla, 6 1/2" diameter (100 cal/3 g fat/15 g carbs) 2.5
Flour Tortilla, 8" diameter (150 cal/5 g fat/22 g carbs) 3.5
Flour Tortilla, 10" diameter (250 cal/8 g fat/32 g carbs) 6

Chicken is 1 point per oz, so guestimate how much they used. To fill a tortilla it's probably 2 or 3 oz, but it depends on how big it was and how much they stuffed it. It could easily be more.

cheese-hard or semisoft - dairy or soy (Regular)- 1"cube, 4 Tbsp shredded, 3 Tbs grated (1oz) - 3 points

So if they used a large tortilla, with 3 oz chicken and 1 oz of cheese with lettuce.....

I'll edit later to add dressing and finish above. I just realized its after 12pm and I have to be somewhere at 1pm.

Thanks ladies - I think I was able to come up with a good estimate based on both your posts.
