2 tbsp of half half and one packet of slenda?
Also, if poss, spagetti about a cup with 2 meatballs?

I have the book just cant find it.
thanks

Not sure about the half and half. Can you check the package? Splenda is zero points. Spaghetti... what kind? If it is one of those new high fiber pastas or if it is whole wheat, it will be lower points. Were the meatballs homemade or frozen? If frozen, you need to check the package and use your points slider. And be warned, some of those frozen meatballs are VERY HIGH in fat, resulting in high points. If homemade, need to know what kind of meat (what percentage of fat), what other ingredients.

If I was going to give you a flat out points count, I would say 6 points for the spaghetti (if it is a regular one and not a high fiber one) and one to two points each for the meatballs. Any sauce? Probably 1 point for 1/2 cup of regular sauce without meat (unless it has lots of fat or sugar... then it would be more points). And my guess for the half an half would be 1 point for each tablespoon. HTH.........................P

WOWWWWEEE!:confused3
I would have never thought! K so I WW may not be for me! lol I was just kinda using the book of points out of curiousity! may just not be for me or really gonna have rethink all together. thanks so much

Okay.... gotta correct my "estimates" from yesterday (now that I have my book in front of me).

1/2 and 1/2 - 2 Tb. = 1 pt.

Splenda = 0

1 C cooked spaghetti = 4 pts.

Meatballs - 2 = 10 pts (YIKES!)

1/2 C spaghetti sauce = 2 pts.

Not sure where they got the points information for the meatballs, but WOW! I have bought frozen Italian meatballs before... I know the points were high, but I don't think they were THAT high. The frozen turkey meatballs are much more reasonable, points-wise.

For the half and half.... I use the fat free creamer, when I do use it. But it maybe worth it to you, especially if you are a coffee fanatic (I can take it or leave it).

If you are trying WW on your own, I suggest you find someone with some experience to help you. And be sure to really READ the Week One book. It can really be a TERRIFIC plan, especially if you don't want to give up anything in particular (like carbs or fats). Don't give up yet. It also helps if you figure out the points BEFORE you eat something. It makes it easier to determine if it is really WORTH eating (or at least help you with portion control).

I've done WW several times over the years (every time I am a bit more successful.. but I end up giving up for one reason or another before I reach goal.). I would be happy to give whatever help I can. I have some good suggestions and recipes that might help you. Let me know if you want to chat!............................P

A lot of the turkey meatballs in the packages are only 1 point a piece and there are a couple of spaghetti sauces that are 1 point for 1/2 c. As for spaghetti, I like the Barilla pasta in the yellow box, 1 cup of pasta is 3 points.
