For those of you who do WW meetings. What is the policy for the 6 weeks maintenance WIs? Do you have to be at or below goal, or does the "within 2 lbs of goal" apply? I'm asking because I'm afraid I am going to be up 1 lb this coming WI which will be my first maintenance WI (we didin't have WW this week due to the July 4th holiday).

:scared1: I'm really sweating it (maybe I can sweat that pound right out) :rotfl2:

Hey Sunny - Now breathe sweetie breathe :earseek:

I'm so proud of you for almost getting to your goal :cheer2:

Now from my understanding of maintenace (I'm not quite there yet, but soon :teeth: ) you have to be at or below your goal. If you picked 160, you have to be either at 160 or below, not 161. Does that make sense? I'm sure you can sweat that pound off in no time.

Good Luck

According to a few sources I found via google, you're good to go as long as you're not more than 2 pounds above your official WW goal weight.

Here's a link from the official WW site which appears to confirm this.

Sounds like you're about to become a Lifetime Member - congrats!

Sunny - April is right... DUH!!! :earseek: I have no idea where my mind is today :confused3

So if you picked 160, as long as your not 163, your good.

Sunny - I saw your post on WW site and looks like you got your answer :teeth:

Hi Sunny,

Yep April is right. You can be 2 pounds above your goal weight. Congratulations on making GOAL! WAY TO GO! :cool1:

You've worked so hard. You are truly an inspiration.

Thank you everyone :)

I am now TWO POUNDS above goal :( I will drown myself in water over the weekend and hope for the best!!!!! :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

You're definitely most welcome! For this search, I found the most useful info (esp. on the WW site) when I realized than instead of "maintenance", what I wanted to search for was "lifetime member". Then everything came through.

Good luck! I'm sure you can do it.

Sunny
From what I read, you're still ok at 2 lbs over, just not 2.2, or 2.5.

You can do it Sunny! You did it before! ;) HUGE Congrats too! I can never achieve Lifetime because I do WW online. :(
