WW Core Stuffed Peppers recipe?

My DS borrowed my WW Turnaround cookbook from me and took it with her when she moved to North Carolina! I am going to call her later on tonight to remind her to send it back to me but in the meanwhile, I need the Core Stuffed Peppers recipe.

Anyone have it? I want to make sure I have all the ingredients needed for dinner tonight. I am looking for the recipe with the ground beef, not the vegetarian recipe.
