There is no nutritional information available. The only time the federal goverment mandates that a restaurant provide nutrition information is if the menu claims that it is somehow 'healthier'. (ie ... our low carb menu, our low fat choices... anything along those lines)
However, Disney World being committed to providing exceptional customer service may be able to help you out. Try calling 407-WDW-DINE and asking your question. They may refer you to the head chef.
I personally wouldn't take it that far, but it certainly is an option!
Another option is to take your complete food guide and dining out guide. They have a lot of very valuable information, and if you really want to figure it out, you could just look up things that are similar to what you ate. That's what I do when I go out to nicer restaurants here at home that don't provide listings. If I eat some special mashed potatoes, I still just look up mashed potatoes and count it.
But rather than trying to religiously count your points, put into practice what Weight Watchers has taught you. When you go out to eat, remember that portions are ASTRONOMICALLY huge. Split as many entrees as you can. If you won't be able to save leftovers, just remember that it can go to waste, or to waist....YOURS!

If you want a snack, have a snack. Just keep things under control. Don't eat 4 mickey bars, 2 buckets of popcorn, a Dole Whip, 4 sodas....... Have a mickey bar, and split a box of popcorn with someone. Have that Dole Whip though! We used to have them here in Buffalo, and they actually are very nutricious because they're made with real fruit juices. And do remember - you're probably going to be walking about 12 miles a day in intense Florida heat!

The Florida heat adds much intensity, and you could easily earn a good 5-7 activity points daily.
Weight Watchers was designed to seamlessly be a part of your life. Let it be that way for you on vacation.
Have a WONDERFUL trip!
