I have followed WW for 2 1/2 yrs. and mantained a 52 lb loss. I fell off the wagon and let a few lbs creep back on...6 to be exact. I have lost 2...but still want to lose the other 4 by Memorial Day. I would also like to loss an add'l 6 lbs. before we go to WDW in Sept. We will be on the DxDDP and I need to lose the extra pounds...so I will have a buffer-zone!
I have found....it really helps to weigh-in with a group, post it online, etc. Right now I do not go to WW mtgs or weighins...but would love to get involved with a group on the Dis. I do much better if I have to be accountable to someone!
Also....does anyone know of a good web site where I can post my WW points, exercise, etc.... I have looked at fitday, Sparkpeople and my dailyplate...and none of them seem to fit the bill.
