Really!! Disney does so many things so well, I don't get it.What the *&%$# is wrong with their IT/phone system this time?????? Started calling at 6:59 EST. Got the recording that they were not yet open. Hung up and called back at 7:00 AM, lines busy all day. Just got through at 2:30 PM and put on automated wait for 15 minutes, then inexplicably disconnected. So annoying for such a large company that they cant fix this crap.It seems like this happens every time they roll something new out. What was it this time? Be Our Guest is now taking lunch ADR's and the whole system crashes?!
