Wrong resort on Magical Express luggage tags.

Has anyone else gotten ME luggage tags with the wrong resort on them? We are going to OKW and our tags are for the Grand Floridian! Should I bother to call MS or just change them myself? We leave in three weeks.

I had the same problem on our last trip. You should call ME. They might be able to get you new ones in time. If you don't, and your flight arrives late, I would recommend picking up the bags yourself, and carrying them with you on the bus. Because of all of the mix-ups, we did not get our bags until the next morning!!!

We ended up canceling our ME ressie and STILL got tags, however it had BCV on it. But months before we changed our ressie from BCV to OKW and that of the changed I asked them to cancel the ME ressie. WELL, we were still got the tags and were STILL on the list. In fact, the ME guys had our luggage off the carousel already even though we had no tags on them. He tried to convince us to take ME. The paperwork they had still said BCV. Well the fact that I could see my bags right in front of me made me want to take them. So I declined their offer. We were getting a rental car anyway. Also, I was afraid they would end up at BCV never to be seen again

Just give ME a call. They really only need to change the info in the computer attached to the bar code on the tags. The baggage handlers only read the bar code, not the label.

I called ME the day before we left when I realized they had the wrong info, and everything was fine when we arrived.

Everyone take a breath, I too had mine with the incorrect resort printed on the ME luggage tags. That is not the resort your luggage will be delivered to but according to WDW that is the area so they know which truck to load it on. I stayed at CSR and mine said Animal Kingdom. I too panicked and called. They calming explained to me, but I still was nervous that it would not show in my room that day. But low and behold unpon our return from the park we opened the door and there it was all waiting for us.

So if it will make you feel better, please by all means call. But do not change anything on the tag unless they tell you do.
