Wrong Dates on Online Confirmation

I had 2 bookings--one the one I wanted for some nights and another my second choice for the remainder of the trip with those nights waitlisted to avoid a move. My waitlist came through and I received a new confirmation for the entire stay using one of the original booking numbers. The new conf reflects the correct room type, points used, and a new T &T date and clean date to coincide with the number of nights on the res.
I tried to do the online booking and it only shows the reservation for the first 4 nights. The old waitlisted reservation now shows the same room type as the other.
Will I be in the same room for the whole time or will I have to move even though they are the same room type? Should I do online booking with a comment to link conf #s or check in there and take care of it then?

Call MS and verify your reservation with them. Better to be safe than sorry.
