I have purchased a couple of new princess dresses for my niece to wear at Disney World. princess: We are having dinner with Cinderella and breakfast with Jasmine. Just bringing them home from the store have left them all wrinkled, and I am sure by the time they have a plane ride to Florida they will be even more so. Do they have steamers available for hotel guests to use? Or would they take care of it for a non-concierge guest? Otherwise it looks like I will be using the old "hang it in the shower" method.

Have you ever tried Downy Wrinkle Releaser? It even comes in a travel size. My daughter found it for our upcoming trip and says it works like magic! They have it in the travel size goodies section at Wal Mart. Just pick up a little bottle and test it out on a small area of the dress before you go. Hope this helps!

I just got the Wrinkle spray to take as well and have heard great things. Another tip for the dresses...Get the ziplock xxlrg storage bags, put dressesin and squeeze out the air when you seal the bag. It saves tons of packing room, and others have saidwhen they arrive, they hang the dresses asap, and they spring back to life!

You can steam them by hanging them up in the bathroom and running the shower. You can also press them if you bring a good press cloth with you; you don't want to iron that fabric directly.

I'd do this, after a spritz of the Downy Wrinkle Release.

I never iron - I steam. :teeth:
