My kids and I just watched Wreck It Ralph for the first time today, and my gosh, it's an adorable movie! I wasn't expecting it to be so cute, haha.

Last December we saw some characters from Wreck It Ralph in Disneyland, I believe in the Tomorrowland area?? We didn't pay any attention to them at the time, because we hadn't seen the movie. Are they still there, or is that done?

Thanks in advance :)

They were there are a movie tie-in. They have been gone for some time now. Sorry.

But... they do have the actual Fix It Felix Jr arcade video game inside Starcade! And it's free!! It's exactly like the arcade game in the movie, same sounds, graphics, artwork on the side of the video game. it's pretty cool, my DS9 ended up playing for about an hour!

Sweet! My DS5 will love that! Thanks so much, I will add that to my to-do list :)

I don't suppose they have the Candy Rush game also? He'd be even more pumped about that, he's a little race fanatic haha. That one would probably be harder to actually make though..

Thanks again!

It's just Fix It Felix, no Candy Rush. Just FYI before you set an expectation, I've never been able to play this. People hog the machine and absolutely will not share. I once waited over 20 minutes with a 6 year old while older brother made a light saber, and there was a family hogging all the games while they took selfies of themselves playing. I asked if she could play, and the mom told me I was rude. Notice PP said her son played for an hour? Glad I gave up after 20 minutes that time. Other times I've waited 5-10 minutes while people play, they just play game after game without any consideration for other guests waiting to just play it quickly for the experience.

Good to know! I won't tell DS5 until we are there and see if the game is open!

We were just there a few weeks ago and didn't have this same experience. All three machines were available when we stopped in one evening, so I think it may be hit or miss.

My son is a huge Wreck-it Ralph fan and was disappointed by the utter lack of merchandise. He asked a CM and was told that the only merchandise available in the park is the pressed penny machine in the Starcade.

Gutted you can't meet them - we are at DL in January. Also upsetting to hear about the lack of merchandise - we had exactly the same thing with finding Up! merchandise in WDW back in 2009.

FWIW, my DS17 was given a Senior Wilderness Explorer badge (a sticker, actually) by a CM dressed as a Wilderness Explorer who was standing at the entrance to the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. DS noticed him standing there, approached him to ask if he was a Wilderness Explorer then they both did the whole "The wilderness must be explored! Caw-caw. Roar." thing including the hand motions. It was definitely entertaining and I wish I had a video recording of it.
