WP to Boardwalk Transportation

We were originally planning on having our ceremony at SBP and reception at the Attic, but DF really wants the WP, and now that we are getting married in August, I think I'd rather be inside too. So… should we provide transportation from the WP to the Boardwalk? We are only having 25-35 guests, I would say 80% are extremely familiar with the property. Everyone will have rental cars (or are local and will have their own cars). How have people handled this in the past? I don't want to lose anyone along the way.

Also, what time would the pre-reception start at the Attic, if the wedding is at 10:00 at the WP?

If the 80% of your guests who are extremely familiar with WDW can pick up the other 20% and transport them to BoardWalk Inn from the WP, it sounds like you don't need to provide transportation. I guess you could provide a map inside the invitation the way people do for local weddings when there is distance between the ceremony and the reception, just so they know exactly where to go.

If the wedding is at 10, the prereception will probably start at 11.
 
We used shuttles to get our guests from the Wedding Pavilion to the Dance Hall and it worked out very conveniently for everyone - but most of our guests are from out of state and don't know Disney at all. You know your guests best! :)
